Volunteerism and financial support from the parents and the community of Coronado help to ensure optimal sports programs and experiences for Coronado  student athletes. 

Volunteering ranges from a few hours, such as July 4th 5K race, Game Snack Bar management & staffing, Valentine's 10K, or Equipment/Uniform and Transportation Managers, to several days per month for larger tasks such as Got Game? Bring It! annual fundraiser, CHS Booster positions, MSP Sports Coordinators, Team Managers, or ISF Board of Director positions.

Alternatives to volunteering some time, include giving a tax deductible donation. ISF manages an on-line athletic registration for CHS athletes and collects monies at the High School level to supplement the under-funded State budgeted athletic program.  As a non-profit organization, ISF distributes these monies to support athletics, unfortunately funding shortfalls remain.  ISF encourages all levels of tax-deductible contributions ranging from an ISF membership to larger donations as a Team Sponsor. All monies collected for CHS athletics are tax deductible.

At the Middle School level, ISF administers the ISF managed Middle School Sports programs, athletic fees are a requirement for participation.
